Certified Baler Servicing & Repairs by Mil-tek Middle East

Mil-tek advises having your garbage compactor or recycling baler serviced once a year. This is why.

Baler Servicing & Repair

Compactors and balers from Mil-Tek are made to last. We adhere to stringent safety regulations, such as the most recent EN16500 requirements, and we employ 98% recyclable materials. Additionally, we coat all of our balers with a premium, anti-corrosion powdered enamel finish to protect the surfaces. To guarantee that your Mil-tek machine is operating at its best, we perform stress tests on all components, including the pressing plate, cylinders, springs, valves, and gauges.

Your baler will still see some pretty hard use over the course of its lifetime. Our committed team of experts is prepared to offer onsite or remote help for any servicing or repair needs.

In order for your baler or compactor to fulfil industry requirements, it is crucial that a Mil-tek trained and qualified technician performs regular maintenance on it as well as gives you genuine Mil-tek replacement components. Fill out the form below to request more information, and we’ll contact you right away.

Has your Mil-tek baler been serviced this year?

With adequate maintenance and use, your Mil-tek baler should have a lifespan well beyond ten years.

In fact, the very first baler we manufactured in 1992 is still in operation!

If you use your Mil-tek baler consistently and frequently, it can complete approximately 20,000 cycles per year. To maximize the longevity of your machine, we recommend having it serviced at least once a year by a certified Mil-tek technician.
