The Mil-tek A102 is a third-generation, powerful pneumatic baler engineered to compact waste cardboard, plastic packaging into highly dense bales. It can also crush hazardous or commercial metal tins, cans and drums up to 30 liters with a specialized insert provided with the Baler.

The machine features Double-Acting Cylinder paired with ECO-Drive technology that optimizes compressed air consumption while maximizing pressing force. This allows for a super-fast pressing cycle time of just 6 to 10 seconds for easier and user-friendly operations.

Mil-tek’s air powered pneumatic balers operate entirely without hydraulic oil. This eliminates any risk of oil leaks, making the A102 highly hygienic and ideal for strict regulatory environments such as hotel kitchens, pharmaceutical spaces, and clean food-handling facilities.
The A102 Baler is designed to compress both cardboard and plastic waste materials; however, both materials should be baled separately. Cardboard and Plastic have completely different recycling lifecycles and can be sold at different market prices to recyclers. Baling them separately ensures you receive maximum revenue for each type of baled material.
Because it runs entirely on air, the A102 does not require any electrical outlet. It connects directly to your facility’s existing compressed air network. If your facility doesn't have a compressed air line, Mil-tek can supply a small, energy-efficient dedicated air compressor alongside the machine.
The physical indicator removes all guesswork for your operational team. When the compaction chamber has reached maximum capacity, the Bale-out indicator turns Red, signalling that it is time to tie off and safely eject a perfectly dense bale on a pallet.
