The A406 baler is the third generation of Mil-tek pneumatic balers, featuring dual, double-acting cylinders that use compressed air to press and release the plate.Running on compressed air means that the A406 is free of hydraulic oil and contains no inherent risk of contamination.Adaptable to compact plastic (225kg bales), cardboard (175kg bales) as well as other recyclable materials, the A406 boasts a large pressing chamber suitable for wide boxes and large bags of plastic.EN16500 features are standard for all Mil-tek machines, and the A406 has a safe and simple two-handed bale-out mechanism.

A Mil-tek technician will guide you through installation, which is done by simply connecting your A406 baler to a compressed air supply. You are now ready to start minimizing your waste.
Pull down the activation lever to start the pressing cycle. To release the pressing plate, pull the door handle. The door will remain shut until the plate has fully returned. Repeat as required.
When the baler is ready to be emptied, tie the bale using the banding, open the lower door and press the two-handed Bale Out buttons to release the bale. You are now ready to start a new bale!

If you already have an air-line you will not need any - the machine can be simply connected to the existing air-line. If you do not have an air-line the compressor requires a standard AC outlet i.e. not a 3-phase, thus avoiding any expensive electrician-related cost.
It is recommended that you have you machine serviced annually in order to ensure it is operating correctly and safely.

Ideal for baling plastic packaging typically used in the transportation and protection of clothing and consumable items. Constant pressure ensures an extremely dense bale is produced that is both easy to handle and easy to recycle. The baler can also be used to recycle smaller volumes of cardboard in small/medium supermarkets, convenience stores and general retail outlets.
The wide door and deep chamber of the Mil-tek A406 baler means large volumes of cardboard can be baled without the need for breaking down or flat packing.
