The Mil-tek 2305 is a medium sized baler, suitable for cardboard, plastic and other materials. Taking up a floor space area of just 81 cm², the 2305 can create bales of up to 180kg (plastic) and 100kg (cardboard). The safety and the operational features makes the Mil-tek 2305 an ergonomic, easy, clean and safe machine to use. The Mil-tek 2305 can be situated close to where waste is generated, and its simple design means can be operated by any regular staff member: You simply put in your material, close the door, pull the handle and let the machine do the real work. Mil-tek machines have an extremely fast pressing cycle of between 7-13 seconds. The Mil-tek 2305 is powered by compressed air, either directly from an existing air-line or from a compressor supplied by Mil-tek. This means that the Mil-tek 2305 is free of both electrical and hydraulic components, minimizing the risk of fire and completely eliminating the risk of oil contamination. Fully compliant with EN16500 safety standards, the 2305 features a cycle counter to track usage and a bale-out indicator. An automated bale-out function makes it fast, safe and easy to empty the baler.

A Mil-tek technician will guide you through installation, which is done by simply connecting your 2305 Baler to a compressed air supply. You are now ready to start minimizing your waste.
Fill the chamber with whole cardboard boxes (open side down) or plastic and close the door. Activate using the black lever. Repeat until the baler indicator stays red.
Mil-tek balers are very straightforward to use. A qualified Mil-tek technician will conduct a thorough training session during installation. Key staff member will learn how the balers work and be given the tools to in turn train other staff members. Mil-tek balers are designed so that all members of staff can learn to use them.
It is recommended that a Mil-tek approved technician service your machine on an annual basis. Doing so ensures a long and safe life for your Mil-tek machine. Speak to your service Technician about service contract options.
Yes it is. Over the past number of years Mil-tek have been a part of a Health and Safety Executive committee that has been committed to creating new improved standards for the safe use of vertical balers. As a result we have made a significant number of improvements to the model 2305 in order to comply with EN16500 standards and to ensure safe use for the end-user. As they are air-powered (pneumatic) rather than hydraulic, Mil-tek balers are extremely quiet. If you have an existing air-line you simply plug the machine and then your existing compressor acts as the engine. If you need to have a compressor installed, a Mil-tek technician will ensure that the compressor is placed at a distance from the machine and then install an air-hose between the compressor and the machine.
Ideal for baling plastic packaging typically used in the transportation and protection of clothing and consumable items. Constant pressure ensures an extremely dense bale is produced that is both easy to handle and easy to recycle. The baler can also be used to recycle smaller volumes of cardboard in small/medium supermarkets, convenience stores and general retail outlets.
Despite its small footprint, the 2305 baler has a large door opening and a deep chamber, enabling whole boxes to be placed directly into the baler. Plastic packaging stored in plastic bag stands can be placed directly into the baler saving time and therefore cost when dealing with packaging waste.
The modern waste technique of segregating and baling packaging waste using strategically placed recycling points has resulted in a significant increase in productivity across a range of organisations. A Mil-tek 2305 baler accompanied by a small plastic baler (such as a model 2102 or 2205 baler), and strategically placed plastic bag stand can vastly improve logistics where a steady stream of packaging waste is created in multiple areas.
