With the same key features as the Mil-tek 2102 and the Mil-tek 2305, the Mil-tek 2205 is a small footprint solution that can be installed in almost any location and contribute to a clean and safe working environment.

A Mil-tek technician will guide the installation process, which is done by connecting the 2205 baler to a compressed air supply. You are now ready to start compacting waste.
Fill the chamber with whole cardboard boxes (open side down) or loose plastic and close the door. Once the handle is pressed down, it activates the pressing plate. Repeat until the bale-out indicator stay red for more than 15 seconds.
When the baler out indicator remains red, cut the banding using a safety knife. Open the lower door and tie the banding using a loop knot, and empty the baler safely. You are now ready to start a new bale!

As they are air-powered rather than pneumatic, Mil-tek balers are extremely quiet. If you have an existing air-line you simply plug the machine and then your existing compressor acts as the engine. If you need to have a compressor installed, a Mil-tek technician will ensure that the compressor is placed at a distance from the machine and then install an air-hose between the compressor and the machine.
